Diamond Powertrain Coverage

ENGINE: All internal lubricated parts. Block, cylinder head(s), intake man­ifold, exhaust manifoid(s), camshaft, cam bearings, push rods, rockers, connecting rods, pistons, piston rings, wrist pins, hydraulic valve lifters, valve guides, seats and springs, timing chain and gears, crankshaft, main bearings, oil pump, Oil pan/Timing chain/Belt cover and Valve Cover(s), (only if damaged by covered component). Seals and Gaskets: Cylinder head gasket and intake manifold gasket are covered components. All other seals and gaskets are covered only in conjunction with a covered component repair.

FLUIDS: Fluids are covered only when required in conjunction with a covered component repair.

AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION: All internally lubricated parts (excluding electronics) including pump, pump housing, carrier assembly, planetary gears, drums, valve body, reaction shaft, governor, servo assembly, torque converter, transmission housing.

MANUAL TRANSMISSION: All internally lubricated parts. Main shaft, counter shaft, input shaft, synchronizers, all gears, shift fork, internal transmission bearings and case. (Manual clutch and related components are not covered.)

DRIVE AXLE / FOUR WHEEL DRIVE / ALL WHEEL DRIVE: Universal joints, constant velocity joints (If boots are not torn), drive shaft(s), yokes and drive shaft carrier, wheel bearings and spindles, transfer case and all internally lubricated parts.

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE: 24/7 Roadside Assistance included on 12-24-36-48 month agreements only.

TOWING: Customer expense reimbursed up to $50.00 per covered component break down. LABOR: Labor required to repair or replace covered components shall be based on the standard mechanical labor estimating guides. DIAGNOSTICS: Maximum, 1 (one) hour labor allowed for diagnostics in the event of a mechanical breakdown of a covered component.

RENTAL CAR REIMBURSEMENT: You will be reiml $30.00 per day for a maximum of 5 days in the event of al component failure that requires more than 10 hours labor based orT* standard mechanical labor estimating guides. Warranties are sold separate

Diamond Security Plus Coverage

Includes all stated power train covered components and the following:

ENGINE: Distributor housing and shaft, Flywheel, Flexplate, Timing belt, Timing belt tensioner and oil pressure sending unit.

AIR CONDITIONING: (OEM Only) Compressor, clutch, condenser, re­ceiver drier, accumulator, Orifice Tube, Fluids and Freon are included only if required in conjunction with the replacement or repair of a A/C covered component.

BRAKE COMPONENTS / ANTI LOCK BRAKES: Master cylinder, disc brake calipers, wheel cylinders, hydraulic pump/motor assembly, wheel speed sensors, isolation dump valve, accumulator, pressure modulator valve, and steel lines and fittings. (Exclusions are: Rotors, drums, pads, linings).

COOLING SYSTEM: Radiator, water pump, thermostat & gasket, electric cooling fan motor, fan clutch, and coolant recovery container.

ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS: Starter motor, solenoid, drive assembly, alternator, voltage regulator.

FUEL SYSTEM: Primary electric fuel pump, Steel lines, Fittings, and Fuel tank.

HIGH-TECH ELECTRICAL: Power sun roof motor and switches, convert­ible top motor and switches, power door locks, actuators and switches, power window motors, regulators and switches, power seat motors and switches, power trunk lock assembly, power antenna motor and switch­es, power mirror motors and switches, front and rear wiper motors, rear defroster switch, electric horn and electronic ignition module.

SUSPENSION: Idler arm, Spindles, Torsion bar, Upper and Lower control arms and bushings, leaf and coil springs (only if broken).

STEERING: All internally lubricated parts contained within Steering gear box, Rack & Pinion, Pump housing ,hoses, steel lines and fittings. Warranties are sold separate

DIAMOND ENHANCED COVERAGE PLAN

Includes all stated components listed in Diamond Security Plus and the following:

SENSOR PACKAGE: Knock sensor, Oxygen sensor, Mass air flow sensor, Map sensor, Crank sensor and Cam sensor.

FUEL DELIVERY SYSTEM: Metering valve, injectors, fuel gauge sending unit and fuel float.

AIR CONDITIONING: Evaporator, Expansion valve, High and low com­pressor cut off switch, pressure cycling switch, belt tensioner(s).

BRAKES: Electronic control processor, Vacuum assist booster and hoses.

HEATING AND COOLING: Heater core, blower motor, and heater control valve.

ENGINE: Harmonic balancer, Single Turbo/Supercharge (OEM), and hous­ing, and engine mount(s).

SUSPENSION: Struts, Strut bushings, Upper and lower ball joints, Tie rod end, Pitman arm, and Tilt wheel mechanism.

TRANSMISSION: Externally mounted solenoids, encoder motors, vacuum modulator, Transmission cooler (OEM) and mount(s).

ENHANCED ELECTRICAL: Cruise control module, cruise control servo, Engine compartment wiring harness, Manual heater A/C control as­sembly, Headlight switch, Ignition switch, Turn signal switch, Stop lamp switch, Washer pump and switch, and Distributor Ignition coil (single).

EXTERIOR: Door locks, door hinges, hood latch, hood hinges, and hood supports, trunk/rear hatch hinges, locks, and supports. Warranties are sold separate
